Introduction

  • Acceptance of Terms: By signing up for Sinanak Club, members agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  • Description of Services: Sinanak Club offers dental care memberships which include regular check-ups, cleanings, discounts, and other benefits as detailed on the Sinanak Club's terms and conditions below.

Membership Eligibility and Fees

  • Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Fees: All membership fees are due upfront and are non-refundable except as provided in these terms.

Membership Benefits

  • Regular Services: Members are entitled to two free dental cleanings and one annual check-up per year.
  • Members receive a gift dental care once a year that includes: one piece for the following items: toothbrush, toothpaste, a dental floss, mouthwash, tongue scraper, chewing gum, oral health guide, emergency contact card, lip balm and breath spray. 
  • Discounts: Members receive a discount on other dental services provided by Sinanak Clinic.
  • Emergency Services: Access to emergency dental services is provided as per the membership agreement.

Installments Terms for Services

  • Payment Plans: For certain treatments, members may be eligible for zero-interest installment plans, subject to approval.
  • Treatment Costs: All costs for treatments not covered by the membership must be paid according to the clinic’s standard rates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Member: Members may cancel their membership within a specified period for a full refund, subject to conditions outlined in the cancellation policy.
  • Termination by Sinanak Club: Sinanak Club reserves the right to terminate a membership for non-payment or breach of these terms and conditions.

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Scheduling: Members must schedule appointments in advance.
  • Cancellation: Appointments canceled with less than a specified notice may incur a fee or loss of the appointment benefit.

Use of Member Information

  • Privacy Policy: Member information will be used in accordance with Sinanak Club's Privacy Policy.
  • Consent: Members consent to the collection and use of their personal and health information for the purpose of providing dental services.

Limitation of Liability

  • Sinanak Club shall not be liable for any damages that occur as a result of the member’s failure to follow recommended treatment plans.
  • Services: Sinanak Club is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from suspended or terminated services.

Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sinanak Clinic operates.
  • Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Sinanak Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued membership following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between Sinanak Club and its members. Our services and benefits are provided directly by Sinanak Clinic as part of the Sinanak Club membership program. This membership is designed to offer preventive dental care and discounts on our services and is not an insurance coverage. Members are responsible for understanding these terms and conditions and failing to do so does not make Sinanak Clinic obliged to offer any services that are not included as part of this agreement.
